(2) Your membership number will be requested upon registration.

(3) In-Training and Medical Students MUST present their student card on the day of the event, otherwise the Participant rate will apply.

Important: if you are applying for a visa, please consult the FAQ below (dates to remember).

Registration fees give access to:

Scientific sessions and exhibition area.
+ One lunchbox per badge per day of registration

Conference dinner:

Dinner reservations will be suggested on the registration form.
Price includes VAT 80€ – non-refundable in the event of absence on the d-day.

Payment method:

Registration payments must be made by credit card before the conference (any payment not honored before the conference will result in cancellation of the pre-registration and re-registration on site on D-Day with a surcharge).

To receive an invitation letter, please complete the following form: Click here.

An invitation letter in PDF format will be sent to you by e-mail.

🔴 WARNING! 🔴

1 – No VISA invitation letter will be sent without prior registration.

2 – No requests for VISA invitation letters will be processed 2 months before the opening of the conference.
All requests will therefore be refused from Friday, April 25, 2025.

3 – Please send us copies of your visas before May 25, 2025.
Without receipt of this document, your registration will be considered invalid.

1- Access:

You will find access to your registered area in your registration confirmation e-mail. 👉 Please keep this e-mail for future reference.

📌 TIP: If you have lost the e-mail, you can log in by clicking on « reset password » or « mot de passe oublié » . Your login corresponds to the e-mail address you used when you registered.

🔴 WARNING:
● An e-mail with your new password will be sent to you. This e-mail may take some time to be delivered, or may pass into your spam folder. Please do not click the button repeatedly (risk of sending several e-mails).
● 
If the « reset password » button is grayed out/does not work, you may have already requested a password change at a later date. To make the button functional again, simply clear your caches/erase your recent browsing data, and refresh the page.


 
2- Elements available on your registered area:

In your registered area, you will find: your registration invoice, a summary of your registration in PDF format, the conference program, your conference badge (available from June 16, 2025), your certificate of attendance (available at the end of the conference).

3- Other common connection issues:

Error entering your password: Incorrect copy/paste, spaces left blank, password not copied in full, …. Please check your input carefully.

Multiple registrations with the same e-mail address: To overcome this problem, a second identifier is sent to you when you register (Reference starting with ENO).

Blocking firewalls: Please try to connect using a wifi connection independent of that of your workplace (from your smartphone or home, for example).

Your access badge will be available on your registered area from June 16, 2025.
👉 It must be printed in A4 format and presented on D-DAY to access the conference.

🔴 WARNING: Printed badge mandatory (PDF version on phone is not accepted).

👉 Your certificate of attendance will be available in your registered area at the end of the conference.

👉 You must be scanned on arrival at the conference to access your certificate.
